We recently had a client visit our clinic that originally started Ayurvedic treatment for heavy periods and it regularized with herbal protocol. Are grains really bad?Grains have somehow gained a bad name in the past few years. Why is my cholesterol so high in spite of โ€œhealthyโ€ eating!?I get this a lot!
